Artisan Remodeling is a Design Build firm specializing in remodeling and refinishing older homes in the Madison, WI area. We are dedicated to creative and innovative home design and remodeling. Whether your project is a kitchen remodel, whole home renovation or you are simply updating parts of your home our goal on each project is to create a comfortable and unique environment.

Step 1

Client Consultation

We meet with the client and listen to their ideas and goals, exchange ideas and possibilities and get an understanding of the overall project. Photographs, sketches, and budgetary constraints are all welcome conversation at this time.

Step 2

Design Phase

We will present and go over our Preliminary Services Agreement. From here we can begin to incorporate the client’s goals into a comprehensive design. We guide the client in choices and other project details, going over general costs and allowances to make sure everyone understands the overall suggested cost and strategy for the project. We then have a complete walk through with all of our skilled subcontractors. The walkthrough lets us put together a no nonsense plan of action and turn it into the final project proposal.

Step 3

Construction Planning

At this point the Construction Agreement is presented and signed and the construction planning begins. A project timeline is presented and the subcontractors are scheduled. Each project has a lead carpenter to ensure good communication and a steady flow of progress throughout the work schedule.

Step 4

Construction

At Artisan Remodeling from demolition to completion we pride ourselves on staying on task and on budget.  We are a lead safe company and take every safety precaution to keep your home clean and organized.  We keep close contact with each client to make sure their needs are met throughout the entire remodeling process.

Step 5

Project Completion

Upon completion of the project we have a final walk through with our clients. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your newly remodeling space before moving on to our next project. All of our work carries a one year warranty.
