Shorewood Hills Whole Home
In this beautiful old colonial home, we opened up the kitchen and dining room to provide more space and flow for a growing family. In addition we transformed the attic into their master suite! This attic involved complete engineering of the floor system, larger windows, a separate heating and cooling system, all new plumbing and electrical, and an entire house sprinkler system. Interior elements include – detailed woodwork, built-in cabinets, walk around closet, reclaimed floors and an open air bathroom complete with marble floors.
